Biography
Andrew LeLiever is passionate about family law as he is a single father of five amazing boys and understands the emotional struggles of divorce and co-parenting. Richard Gantt represented Andrew through his divorce and custody proceedings and now Andrew as an attorney for Gantt Family Law will strive to provide the same elite level of service that he enjoyed as a client. Andrew has 15 years of legal experience in civil and criminal law. He has represented clients throughout North Carolina in State Court, Federal Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Andrew has litigated numerous civil and criminal jury trials in State and Federal Courts. Additionally, he has handled numerous appeals in State and Federal for civil and criminal cases. Andrew believes in community and has served his in several ways. Andrew was a member of the King Charles Neighborhood Task Force in Raleigh which rezoned a historic part of Raleigh, North Carolina. He was elected co-chair of the citizen's advisory council in Raleigh. Andrew was the attorney advisor for the Raleigh Charter High School mock trial program developing young legal minds for court advocacy. Andrew guided his team to continuous championships in regional and state competitions from 2008 through 2015. He has served as a voluntary judge for the Lee County teen court program since 2019. Andrew serves in a committee at Saint Luke's United Methodist Church.
