Krystal Smith

Biography

Krystal Smith is originally from Miami, Florida. She moved to Savannah, Georgia to pursue her Bachelor of Arts in English Languages and Literature from Savannah State University. She is a May 2025 graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law. During her time in law school, she was an avid participant in the trial team where honed her advocacy skills. Through internships and courses, she found a passion for family law and supporting people through difficult transitions at home. She is excited to learn from the current associates to grow into a great advocate. Krystal is a proud member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, North Carolina Bar Association, National Conference of Black Lawyers, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. As Krystal awaits her July 2025 Bar Exam results, she is excited to get to know and learn from everyone at Gantt Family Law.
